Dolton House Jones Bay Wharf is a unique heritage venue situated on a restored finger wharf on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour’s Pyrmont. A spectacular decking area offers outstanding views of the Harbour Bridge, city skyline and Darling Harbour.

Walking Distance

From Town Hall, take a short walk over the Pyrmont Bridge, follow Pirrama Road for approx 10 mins.

Light Rail

Train

Departs from Central Station to Town Hall Station regularly and operates, 7 days a week. 1.8km walk from Town Hall Station.

Ferry

Bicycle

PTA, the conference organisers and secretariat will not accept liability for the damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property as a result of PTA-C related events.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the event. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the meeting, or through cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Organisers, PTA, and the secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.

Every effort has been made to ensure that people with special requirements are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance, please include a notation with your registration form to enable us to make your stay in Sydney a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Goods and Services Tax

Goods and Services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (GST).

Force Majeure

PTA-C or PTA shall not be held liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.

In this clause, Force Majeure means circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the all involved parties, and which are reasonably likely to affect the successful delivery of the Event or would make it inadvisable, impracticable, illegal, or impossible for a party to perform its obligations as originally contracted under this Agreement, including: fire, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, collapse of building structures, widespread disease or other public health emergency (including pandemic or epidemic), strike or other industrial action, the outbreak or declaration of war, act of terrorism, revolution or government orders or action (including the declaration of a State of Emergency).

Without prejudice to its obligations PTA-C or PTA accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation where the performance of its obligations under this Agreement is affected by Force Majeure.
